Training Packages

Thanks for checking out our online training packages!

We have put together two pre-paid options. (see package options available for purchase below) All our online sessions are run by an experienced coach via the Zoom platform, so you will need an internet connection. You don’t need any gym equipment, just some space at home, a sweat towel and be ready to have some fun while burning some serious calories.

The online training packages include the following:

  • Experienced trainers offering structured programming.
  • Challenging workouts that are scalable to any level.
  • Accountability, someone to make sure you are showing up and motivating you to give it your all.
  • Interaction from our coaches to minimize the risk of injury and ensure maximum results.
  • A choice of either 10 or 20 classes of your choice which need to be used in a 30 day period.
  • Five types of classes to choose from:
    • Bodyweight strength & HIIT
    • Weighted classes (Kettlebell/ Dumbell (for those who have the equipment, otherwise get creative, fill up a milk bottle or 5l water bottle with water or sand)
    • Mobility & Flow
    • Yoga
    • Barbell cycling (for more experienced and must have a barbell)

All fitness levels are welcome and we look forward to seeing you online!
